3 ways Congress could still kill ICD-10

Although there was no discussion within in the House bill about an ICD-10, does not mean that October 1, 2015 is a guaranteed launch date. There are a few different scenarios where the Congress could still shut down the ICD-10 plans. A Senate rejection, a resurrection of a certain act, or a new surprise twist could all play part in another ICD-10 postponement.
