7 Medical Taps Seasoned Manager to Lead Customer Care

Seasoned health IT and service manager poises company for execution of customer care and technology initiatives in 2019 operational plan

MINNEAPOLIS – March 21, 2019 – 7 Medical Systems®, LLC, a leader in on‐demand software and integration solutions for healthcare, today announces the appointment of James Rosenwald as its service manager, leading the operational teams in delivering best in class services to hospitals and physician practices.

Prior to 7 Medical, Rosenwald was integration services manager at Sorna Corporation, where he led the design, development and implementation of the company’s quality management system to meet compliance with federal regulations. A key part of this role involved managing cross-functional teams to manage and resolve customer and partner issues. Previously, Rosenwald served in roles of senior support manager and sustaining engineering manager at Vital Images (a Toshiba Medical Systems Group Company). As senior support manager, he designed and implemented a 24/7 support team to exceed customer service expectations of customers worldwide, including developing key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency in operations. As sustaining engineering manager, he led software projects in R&D, including managing a team of software developers. Rosenwald also served in engineering and integration services roles during his tenure at Vital Images.
