Ohio Hospital Finds Technology Partner in 7 Medical Systems

Fayette County Memorial Hospital calls on the Xi-Imaging Suite to simplify its imaging strategy


MINNEAPOLIS – April 11, 2018 – 7 Medical Systems®, LLC, a leader in cloud-based clinical, financial and operational software and services for hospitals and clinics, announced today the signing of a new contract with Fayette County Memorial Hospital (FCM) for its imaging technology.

FCM selected 7 Medical to improve clinical and business efficiencies with the following solutions:

  • X-HIS®:  A fully integrated, cloud-based software solution for managing key business functions of any healthcare specialty. FCM will use X-HIS for its radiology information system (RIS) which will manage radiology orders and workflow.
  • Xi-Imaging™: A cloud-based, vendor-neutral advanced visualization picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and teleradiology solution.
  • X-Connect™:  One multipurpose integration engine to easily integrate among EMRs, billing systems, health information exchanges (HIEs), devices and more. FCM will use X-Connect to integrate between its electronic health record (EHR) system and X-HIS/Xi-Imaging (RIS/PACS), to enable the exchange of order information and reports. 7 Medical will also migrate 150,000 studies onto its X-HIS/Xi-Imaging platform.
