Technologist licensing bills signed in ND, introduced in NC

A new North Dakota law has passed designed to strengthen the radiologic technologist licensing requirements around the country. The law, SB 2236, sets new standards for technical personnel who do medical imaging and radiation therapy. In North Carolina, the state has introduced a bill regarding a licensure system; a system that the state currently does not have. They are one of five states without any licensing requirements.
